Noah Frazier '23

Vice President & Chair of the Lee Liberman Otis Award

Noah Frazier (‘23) graduated from Wheaton College, where he studied Political Science. Before law school, he was a Public Safety Officer at Wheaton. At UChicago, he is a staff member of The University of Chicago Legal Forum, Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, and part of the Edmund Burke Society. Noah spent his 1L summer interning for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona. After graduation, Noah will clerk for the Hon. Jennifer W. Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His favorite conservative book is Reflections on the Revolution in France by Edmund Burke.
